Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your VOX account and all associated data directly from the mobile app. Please follow the steps below.

1Open the VOX app on your mobile device
2Navigate to your Profile or Settings section
3Scroll down and select “Delete Account”
4Read the confirmation message carefully
5Confirm your decision by following the on-screen instructions
6Your account will be permanently deleted immediately

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, data, or order history. Please ensure you have downloaded any important information before proceeding.

What Will Be Deleted

Your profile information and account credentials
Complete delivery and order history
All location and GPS tracking data
Uploaded documents (ID cards, licenses, vehicle registration)
Payment information and transaction records
Saved addresses and preferences
All personal data associated with your account

Data Retention Policy

In-app deletion: Processed immediately
Email requests: Processed within 30 business days
Legal compliance: Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and regulatory requirements
Anonymous analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for service improvement
